Getting back into the swing of golf this year?
At Balance Osteopathy we offer Golf Enhancement sessions which focus on increasing mobility in areas where you may have an injury, restrictions or tightnesses that may affect your golf swing without you being aware of this. For example, ankle mobility issues may be causing low back pain or stiffness, or just limiting the range of your swing. This is something we can discover through testing and then prescribe the appropriate mobility exercise.
This is done through combining video analysis and functional movement testing. We then mobilise areas in the session and also prescribe individualised exercises that you can easily do at home or prior to your round of golf, to make sure you are moving well and tightnesses are not inhibiting your golf swing.Back to Blog Home
