Our Osteopaths

Will get you moving again…

Your story
As Osteopaths, we take a thorough medical and musculoskeletal history to understand your problem and guide diagnosis and treatment.
Functional movement assessment
We assess simple movements to see where your body is moving well and where mobility could be improved.
Treatment
Osteopaths use gentle techniques to relax tight muscles and release restrictions. We integrate this new flexibility with dynamic three-dimensional functional stretches and movements.
Rehabilitation
Individualised exercises are employed to improve your stability through movement.

Your consultation

We enquire about your problem and individual health and function. We conduct a movement screen and table based assessment, with the focus on activities you want to return to.

We aim to understand how you move in tasks causing symptoms, to reduce discomfort and improve mobility with hands-on treatment, stretches and movement therapy.

Osteopathy can help you.

If you’ve been experiencing pain and movement limitation, osteopathy can help you.

We can help with back and neck pain, shoulder, ankle and knee injuries, establishing diagnosis, treatment & rehabilitation.
