Body weight exercises

Body weight exercises such as burpees are a great way to really up the cardiovascular intensity of your exercise program. Technique is important with this exercise though to avoid overloading the low back (e.g. make sure you do not let the pelvis drop too low on the kick out landing as this can over extend the low back).
