Functional Corrective Exercise
Functional Corrective Exercise is not a personal training session but something we can use in conjunction with your personal training and is primarily a rehabilitation session aimed at increasing your body’s ability to move well. You may be recovering from a recent injury, or just wish to improve your body’s ability to move well, or be able to be ready for a new activity or sport, or to able to continue your gym program and personal training without pain.
We use movement based assessment to determine where your movement is successful and where we need to enhance it through mobility, stability and/or strength.
This session will help to enhance your strength, mobility and stability through a series of functional dynamic stretches and mobility movements followed by tri-planar individualised strength and endurance exercises.
